Refund Policy

Shipping Destinations

We exclusively ship orders to residential addresses and commercial locations. Shipments to hotels, vacation facilities, forwarder centers, or post-restante services are not supported.

Order Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion without providing a specific reason. Payments will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.

Parcel Returns and Shipping Costs

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address details, delivery refusal, or unavailability during the final delivery attempt, associated shipping costs, including return shipping fees, will not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Refunds for canceled, returned, or lost orders are typically processed within 7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Resend Policy

We do not offer resend services for orders shipped outside the EU. For shipments within the EU, a one-time resend option is available at the customer’s expense.

International Shipments Outside the EU

  • Final Sale Policy: All international sales are final. Customers assume full responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or seized by customs.
  • Customs Declaration: All international shipments are declared with accurate contents and their full purchase value.
  • Duties and Returns: Packages returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or fees are subject to a 50% restocking fee if a refund is requested.
