Execution of the Agreement

Liability

Trade Chemicals Europe BV's total liability is limited to the price paid for the Agreement. Liability for indirect damages, such as lost profits or data, is excluded unless the damage is caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Retention of Title

Trade Chemicals Europe BV retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment has been made by the Client.

Personal Details

Trade Chemicals Europe BV will process the Client’s personal details in accordance with the privacy statement available on the Website.

Final Provisions

This Agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court where Trade Chemicals Europe BV is registered.
